Did you understand who are the volunteers? In brief, they are Americans and Kenyans. These volunteers raise, administer and mentor orphans to be educated leaders with sound character. These orphans become STARS, Students Transforming Africa Renewing Society. This year, many of these orphans graduated high school. As STARS, they now serve their community as volunteer teachers, administrators and mentors to younger orphans. Each volunteer serves with what he or she has to give.
